DAY 1 | ARRIVE DELHI


Arrival at Delhi, India's capital & a gateway to the country .Transfer to the hotel.
Over night stay at the hotel.


 

DAY 2 | DELHI / JAIPUR


Depart Delhi for Jaipur early morning. Arrive Jaipur and check in at hotel . Visit ,the City Palace, Jantar Mantar - the observatory and the facade of Hawa Mahal. Overnight stay at hotel.


 

DAY 3 | JAIPUR


After breakfast, proceed to the Amber fort (11 kms) the ancient capital of Jaipur, is a superb example of Rajput architecture. Take elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis, to the fort entrance. Afternoon, free for personal activities.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.


 

DAY 4 | JAIPUR/FATEHPURSIKRI/AGRA


After breakfast, leave for Agra. Enroute, visit the abandoned Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri; the oldest capital of Mughal. See,the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal & other Palaces which are still preserved in its original glory. Continue drive to Agra. Arrive Agra in the evening and check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.


 

DAY 5 | AGRA / GWALIOR


After breakfast, city tour of Agra. Visit Red fort, which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, Itmat-Ud-Daullah- by empress Nur Jahan and the highlight of the day - The Taj Mahal, constructed by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Afternoon, leave for Gwalior (by flight). On arrival at Gwalior, check into the hotel.


 

DAY 6 | AGRA / GWALIOR / DELHI


After breakfast, visit the Gwalior fort. Afternoon, transfer to the railway station to board on train to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, meet and assist by the representative of Cal India Tours and Travels at the railway station and then transfer to the hotel.


 

DAY 7 | DELHI


After breakfast, half-day city tour of Old Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, Then proceed to the Red Fort - built by Shah Jahan, Chandni Chowk and Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Afternoon, visit Humayun's Tomb; Qutub Minar, drive past India Gate, President House, Connaught Place. The city tour ends here. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.


 

DAY 8 |  DEPART DELHI


Transfer to the airport to board on flight to the onward destination.
