  Flavours of India

  Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur - Mumbai

The aroma and tastes of India offer a unique culinary experience. Due to the sheer size of the country, each region has developed its own style of food. North Indian cuisine is influenced by the great Mughals and savoured in the fragrant dishes such curries, tandoori and biryani's, spicy kormas, koftas and kebabs. Most of the Indians eats rice, though in the North fresh made Indian bread (roti) dominates the meal. At the end of most of the meals "Pan" is served (A betel leaf, smeared with a lime or rose petal paste and wrapped around crushed betel nut and a variety of spices).

This tour highlights the unique flavours as well as the culture and the history of North India. Cooking demonstrations are included as well as meals at some of the regions best restaurants.
