Shimla was once
part of the Nepalese kingdom called Shyamala. Shimla
discovered by the British, became the summer capital of India.
Today, it is a pleasant, sprawling town, set among cool
pine-clad hills with plenty of colonial charm.
DAY 1
| ARRIVE
SHIMLA
Arrive into
Shimla airport or the railway station on your own. On arrival
transfer to the hotel for stay. The afternoon is free.
DAY 2
| SHIMLA
In the morning ,
take a sightseeing tour of Shimla which includes a visit to
Jhaku Temple and Vice regal Lodge. The rest of the afternoon
is free to relax.
DAY 3
| SHIMLA
An excursion to
the small hamlet called Chail. It is a place worth a visit if
one wants to enjoy fresh, crisp dawns and soft, quiet dusks in
the lap of nature.
DAY 4
| DEPART
SHIMLA
After breakfast
, transfer back to Shimla airport or railway station for your
onward journey.
